How long does shipping take?
United States: Free shipping. Canada: $9.99 USD flat per order. Mexico: $17.99 USD flat per order. Other countries: We’re not able to ship there yet. We hope to someday. Each item is made just for you after you order. Once it’s made, US orders usually arrive faster. Canada and Mexico orders usually take about 5–20 business days. These are estimates, not promises. What sizes do you have?
Classic tees XS to 5XL, Comfort Colors tees S to 4XL, sweatshirts and hoodies S to 5XL, youth tees S to XL. A size chart will be on each product.
Can I add my baby’s name?
Yes, on some items: mugs, ornaments, and blankets. Coming soon.
What can I give someone who is grieving?
One small gift can say “I’m here.” A mug, an ornament, or a soft blanket is a quiet comfort.
Can I return something?
Each item is made just for you, so we can’t take returns for a change of mind or the wrong size. If something is wrong (damaged, misprinted or lost), contact us within 30 days and we will make it right. See the two answers below.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email us within 30 days of getting it, and include a photo. We will send a new one or refund you, free.
What if my package is lost?
Tell us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will send a new one or refund you, free.
